Not charcoal... That's an electric smoker. I add wood for smoke. It took roughly 6 hours to get what you see in the pic. Started with 2 full slabs of spare ribs but had to cut in half due to space limitations, so you see the 4 halves.
Have a few days of training at the National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee from September 25 to 27.

Seems like the more these Grab Bags are mentioned, the contents are becoming the smaller model pipes and more repeats. I want to pull the trigger on one of these but going to wait to see a few more bags and the contents mentioned. Regardless however, the price is still Awesome!
I don't smoke 19 bowls a day every day... That was a 1-time thing... I average less than that. I have mixed feelings on the tins. Some, I want to smoke but that means they'll be gone. Others are destined for "other things". I have plenty already opened and in bulks to keep my pipes bellowing...
I have several tins of blends that I have never tried, that I just can't force myself to open. I've laid them out, fondled them repeatedly, but just ended up putting them back into the cellar area and telling myself "It'll happen". Am I alone in this manic action?
Sun dried is a great way to dry it out. A little in a small, shallow container and place it on a sun-facing window seal. Most times simply air-drying will work. As was said, place a bowl's worth or two on a paper towel or on a small plate or something and just let it dry to the level you...
Also received a tin of Maple Street a while back. It's a nice, sweet blend that goes well with a cup of tea when I get home late at night. Ribbon cut, loads, lights, and burns well and shines in a MM cob. I'll buy more when the freebie tin is gone.
