Oh... forgot! These are the half-pint, wide-mouthed mason jars that to me are just perfect glass pipe tobacco tins: I use these almost exclusively for single tin jarring... and then the pint-sized widemouths for larger quantities. These accommodate the 1.75 oz. 50 gm, and 2 oz tins...- jerwynn

Holy Cao!! I live in the middle of the north central PA mountains and we couldn't live without either the jars OR the apple butter!! Every store I frequent from the big boxes to the various grocers all have the squatty widemouthed jars I use for tobacco... and cheap... and then replacement...- jerwynn

Mac Baren Dark Twist... now this was interesting... it comes in the little "coin"-cut configuration. I've found that it works best for me if I can sorta stuff/stack the coins intact... so I selected a HUGE, deeply welled Design Berlin paneled billiard Magnum for this... and it was a lovely...- jerwynn
