4 Roses Small Batch Select. This has got to be my favorite always available bourbon. Also, I believe all bourbon tastes better outside on a hot, humid summer evening. Beside the ambience, I think maybe the heat and humidity carry and bring out some wonderful flavor notes.- PipePint&Cross
