Recommending a Brick and Mortar Tobacconist

Thanks. I am aware of it. Sorry about that. It’s just that I’ve been to forums for different topics and have seen people ask about something and have found it a good idea to put one comment in the general forum, then, reply the same thing to an individual when necessary. I can remove the post if...

    Local B&Ms

The same with Davis and Son Tobacconist here in Wilmington, NC. Except for the dart board and smoking table.

    Local B&Ms

This might help you if you ever travel to North Carolina. I’d like to recommend Davis and Son Tobacconists if you are ever in Wilmington, North Carolina. The store has been around since 1976. They have a good selection of cigars, pipes, and accessories. They also have their own pipe tobacco...

    Introducing myself to the forum.

    Dating a Savinelli Pipe.

Thanks. The reason I asked this question is because I found a Savinelli estate pipe at my local tobacconist that I’m thinking of purchasing. It has the number 114 on the bottom.

Is it possible to find out what year a particular Savinelli Pipe was made? Is there a date code, particular stamp, lettering style, etc. that would enable you to find out the year of manufacture?

    Introducing myself to the forum.

Hi, all! I am not a pipe smoker. Rather, I enjoy collecting cigar boxes, pipes, and learning their history. I’m also a rare book collector.
