Best Tobacco to Break in a New Pipe ?
Title edited for cap. See Rule 9, please. Question, I smoke English blends, English aromatics, and full areo's. Is it better to break a new pipe in with non areo's or will it matter? I do keep some pipes just for my English , and most for my Areo's. Or will that matter ? can you smoke whatever...- Hunter1

New pipe ordered
Maybe. But this will be the third Peterson I own. I havn't had a problem yet, and they all smoke great. But your right , buying a new pipe will get me exited. -
New pipe ordered
I finaly ordered a Peterson Poker irish army mount #701. I realy like Peterson pipes , and I like the army mounts the best. It will be here tomorrow. -

Went to my local B &M tobacco store, bought a tin of C & D Nutty Irishman. I smoked it in my Tyrone 106 Peterson. I enjoyed the tobacco from the first light to the end. Very flavorful, smelled great. I really enjoyed this tobacco.- Hunter1

Just finished a bowle of Savinelli 140 in my Savinelli unfinished ,now mineral oiled pipe. For some reason this 140 smokes the best in this pipe. Smokes great from beginning to end.- Hunter1

Today I was able for the first time to get out and do some plein air oil painting since the tkr surgery. Man it felt good. I celibrated with a bowle of Molto Dulci in an old corn cob I use when painting. It was a little bit of heaven.- Hunter1
