    Kaywoodie Carved On Ebay

Yeah the faces aren't that rare, I think they did a skull that was rare. Vorhees knows more about Kaywoodies than I do.

    Barling's Set With Catalog/Case

Some serious tooth chatter and rim burn on those.

In memory of Ed A. James (Ozark Southpaw)

Here is another tamper. I got this from Ed probably 5 years ago. Bought a few tampers from him for gifts to my pipe smoking buddies. This was made from an old Kaywoodie White briar. The coolest part is that he heated and reshaped the end of the stem into a sharp scooper. Here are some pics of...

In memory of Ed A. James (Ozark Southpaw)

Bradley. That poker is a work of art. Love the metal accents. Ed was an artist on the metal lathe for sure.

In memory of Ed A. James (Ozark Southpaw)

One of the tampers I have had Ed make for me over the years. We had just been discussing another. I'll cherish the one I have even more now. Here are a couple pics. The middle silver part is from an old aerosphere pipe.

    A Pack of Piersel Pipes

I also have one of her pipes. A little rhodesian she gifted me. Amazing smoker and the button/stem work is perfect. I hope to order another one in the future.

    Broken Pipe Ed James

Just read online that Ed James died, our ejames. Not sure about the circumstances, in any case such a sad loss. He was a true craftsman of pipes and tampers, and he and I have been sending stuff back and forth for years. Good bye Ed, may you have many blessed heavenly smokes.

It's a new day so more bamboo

Very cool rustication. I bet it feels really nice in the hand.

    Let's See Your Tobacco Jars

Yeah I don't put tobacco in mine either, no airtight seal, but they are still cool and great for storing other things.

Is $38 a Good Price To Pay For a Mint Condition 1945 Van Roy?

Nice score for sure. Gotta love how sellers don't even wipe the dust off.

    Let's See Your Tobacco Jars

Here is mine. Got this back when I first started smoking. Thought it looked like Barliman Butterbur from The Lord of the Rings.

LARGE diameter shank & stem pipes

Forgot these two Petersons. A Sherlock Holmes and a Freehand.

    Are You Maker Loyal?

Peterson pipes were my first love when I started smoking a pipe. I have bought and sold many, but still have 5 or so. But I'm open to try anything if it smokes good. And mainly only buy freehands now.

LARGE diameter shank & stem pipes

Here are mine. I love fat shanks and stems. It started with a 1940's era Peterson. Someone stole it, but after a long hunt I found the bottom one in the first pic. Got it from Pipestud. It was unsmoked and cost me a pretty penny but filled the void left by my other pipe. The other two are a...

    The lovely Cannoy

He has been busy of late. I've seen him post up a few beauties with blue stems. Don't hear a lot of chatter about his pipes, but they are very nice.

My New Dagner Rhodog: A Review

The shank is actually shaped closer to a rank chevron, diamond on top, rounded on the bottom. The shape really works with the copper accent.

My New Dagner Rhodog: A Review

I have been wanting a Dagner since I first met Jayson and the gang in Chicago two years ago. I started following them and then had the chance to meet them again at an event in Atlanta. We started talking about the Free Pipe Project and last Veterans Day they sent me 22 pipes to give away to...
