***What Are You Smoking, November 2022?***

    Hooked on Capt Black.

Never thought I’d say it but I’m hooked on Captain Black as well. Smoked McClelland, Dunhill, C&D, Esoterica, GL Pease, Motzek, Orlik, Etc for years but had an inexplicable craving to try a cherry aromatic a few months back and discovered I like every captain black blend I’ve tried. Original...

***What Are You Smoking, August 2022?***

Not my favorite non-alcoholic whiskey I’ve tried yet but definitely my favorite bottle & logo. Pairs well with a quick smoke of BR Bourbon Whiskey in a Dr. Grabow Duke after a long work week.

***What Are You Smoking, July 2022?***

Really enjoyed this bowl. Got a sampler of each Borkum Riff pouch and cracked open this original blend. Don’t know why I like them so much but I sure do. Pipe is a Dr. Grabow Duke.

***What Are You Smoking, July 2022?***

I’m really enjoying it. I think the trick is not to go into it expecting a whiskey clone but instead a beverage with some of the same notes as a good whiskey. This one is oaky, smokey, and slightly sweet. There is a decent burn to it too they must use some sort of hot pepper.

***What Are You Smoking, July 2022?***

Captain Black Royal in a morgan Cob. Trying another non-alcoholic whiskey, really enjoying this one. Gonna pair it with a Balkan blend next time

***What Are You Smoking, July 2022?***

It is a reverse calabash with a short and narrow chamber. It works best with a fine cut tobacco so I’ll either smoke shag cuts or simply shred up any blend a little extra. Neat pipe for a quick smoke and can be smoked, capped, and stored in a pocket to finish later.

***What Are You Smoking, July 2022?***

Borkum Riff Bourbon Vanilla in a Morgan Pipes Cob Cigar.

***What Are You Smoking, July 2022?***

SWRA in a cob this afternoon. Really enjoying this pouch. Pleasant taste and room note and the fine cut tobacco makes for an easy smoke.

***What Are You Smoking, July 2022?***

I’m pleasantly surprised with it! I’ve not had a drink in a little over eight years so I may not be great at comparing it to the real thing but it hits all the right notes for me. Some vanilla, caramel, and citrus notes and definitely a burn in the throat. Must use cayenne pepper or something...
