    Matches vs. Lighters: Any Difference?

I dislike the fact that Zippo catches me every now and then by surprise and I have to refil it, but Zippo is also special for me due to the Nostalgia, it has a legacy. I also see that Zippo released a butane insert but haven’t tried yet….

Medical Doctors who Smoke a Pipe?

Ok, would be interesting to hear what he has to say. I am with depression episodes and burn out symptons and started with pipe smoking as a hobby only and this is helping me. I didn’t tell my doctor about that..

    Matches vs. Lighters: Any Difference?

Title edited for caps and brevity. Rule 9 I am quite curious as a new piper that I am, if you fellow pipers can notice any difference while tasting your tobaccos after you lit if with regular old school matches, a fluid Zippo or a butane lighter. honestly I don’t feel any difference so I go the...

    Morta Pipes Experiences?

Interesting, but shouldn’t it be many in the market out there which are made to look like old? I would imagine that it is not common nor easy to fin prehistorical woods and if one does it would cost a fortune? Or am I incorrect?

El Dagner Pipes - Impressions or Feedback?

I really like these Dagner designs. I guess that quality wise they are equally good as the other brands, else Tom Eltang wouldn’t cooperate and put his name into it. The only thing is that apart of the El Dragner pipe, no other have the possibility to insert a filter in it.…

El Dagner Pipes - Impressions or Feedback?

I thought of this also and find difficult to understand…. I havent found much reviews on his pipes before this Tom Eltang project….i also found that price wise, it is cheaper to buy this pipe in Europe than in Americas, possibly because it is made in Europe perhaps?

El Dagner Pipes - Impressions or Feedback?

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear I did the right thing to do and decided to buy this nice pipe; I like its stile and it is the closest one I could find to the old CSA western civil war pipes. Dagger does other CSA as well, but not in collaboration with Eltang….then the other...

    Swedish Pipe Club

That’s suprises me I must confess. Why those who appreciates a good pipe won’t create a club to maintain the traditions? As a suggestion for you, for the case you allow me, is for you to join our Swedish pipe club. There are some fellows from Denmark (even Tom Eltang is mentioned in the list)...
