I like a lot of pipes regaurdless if I can clench them. But for clenching, I like the Rossi/Sav full bents, T. Cristiano straight pipes, M.M. Devils Cutty, any Peterson full bent, M.M. Stubby, to name a few.
Same, I don't know why. I just assume I'm slightly sensitive to it. I enjoy fire cured so much though I just smoke it anyways. Kind of like of spicy food give you heartburn but you eat it anyways. Like you said though, it's not tongue bite I can deal with it and still enjoy the smoke.
You can definitely smoke the same pipe over and over. My grandfather smoked the same pipe everyday all day and was buried with it. The flavor and burn might be better with resting though.

I use Super Value. I don't like bristles, they can be too hard to push through some of my pipes. But I do keep some around for deeper cleanings and brushes.
