I Don't Smoke in Warm Weather. You?
Much of my summer smoking (when it's in the 90s and the humidity is wearable) is done in the morning, evening, and night. Sometimes even night smoking is unbearable. When it's so humid your skin is sticky and there's not even a whisper of wind... fuhgetaboutit.- bluegrassbrian

Yeah Cincy got me too. Something is fishy. Am I misinformed? I'm not aware of DHL imposing any restrictions on shipping tobacco, at least not officially. There isn't any federal/US customs restrictions on importing tobacco products that I'm aware of.- bluegrassbrian
