That's a difficult question to answer. I could cop out by saying it's 50/50 but that's not true. Sometimes it's one and sometimes it's the other. I'd probably have to give the edge to the hunt though. -

I'm starting to get fairly consistent with eye of round so next time I might try injecting it to see if it makes any improvement but for now my family and friends really enjoy it so I don't want to change it too much. Hopefully I can get it just a little more tender without losing moisture.- shanez

PSA for WiFi extenders
Had to look up wifi 7 prices. Ouch! My TP Link Deco M5 mesh system is a few years old now and still covers my 3000 SF house, garage, front yard, and back yard very well. For our Sunday pool time I smoke an eye of round. After an overnight dry-brine: 50/50 dijon/spicy brown mustard binder with Bad Byron's Butt Rub applied and ready for the smoker: The results were seriously juicy, tender, and flavorful: Couldn't stop this one from free-range grazing:- shanez

I would suggest asking for what people think is an iconic blend in a certain category instead of their preferences. For example Peterson Nightcap is good example of an iconic English blend although some might prefer other blends over it.- shanez
