    Ebay suprise

I was on ebay "Christmas shopping" and some how stumbled across the estate auctions, which was not my intent. Any hoo I liked the looks of this pipe. I have never seen the brand before so I threw a $19 bid at it and was surprised it won Even more surprising to me anyway this $19 La Rocca smokes...

    The Value of Handling Tobacco?

The ones who are educated and think they are intelligent, that run their mouth only to show their ignorance. Don't care much for them myself.

    The Value of Handling Tobacco?

Maybe someday but at this point in my life I am perfectly happy with the blends I'm buying and my way if preparation. However if mixing your own is your deal go for it and enjoy.

    The Value of Handling Tobacco?

Personally I enjoy the ritual of sitting down in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee while breaking up a good flake to load a morning bowl and fill my pocket tins for the day. So to me yes there is a value in handling my tobacco because it adds to my enjoyment, others may not be the same.

    Dr Watson

I have a thing for claw pipes and couldn't resist this Dr. Watson. I don't know much about the brand though I know they're on the cheaper side, but this one smokes great and much cooler than most of my Peterson Sav's...ect.

    Weekly Ritual

I'm not sure if it's a female thing or a Filipina thing, but for the past 30 some odd years my wife, daughter and granddaughter go "garage saleing " or to a flea market most Saturdays. Leaving me and the dogs to enjoy and relax, which I'm OK with sometimes they find a good pipe to bring home...

    My 1st Falcon

James Bond maybe cool, but being from the southwestern United States with a Falcon between your teeth is a special kind of cool. Haha :col:

    My 1st Falcon

As you know I'm new to the Falcon world, just 3 days into it and was wondering if they tend to get hot or is it the way I'm smoking? Mine doesn't get extremally hot but it's a little hotter than my briars and a lot hotter than my Meers.

    My 1st Falcon

My new Estate Falcon arrived today and had my first bowl of C&D"s Red Virginia to complete a day of first. Both were enjoyable, how about a little advice from the Falcon guys on how to care for the pipe, I think it has become my work pipe light weight and durable.

Golden Days of Yore New vs Aged

I recently got a tin of CD's GDoY and didn't care for it the tin had way too much lumber some of the stems could've been used to build a wall, plus what I could smoke didn't do it for me. However, last night I was rummaging through my cellared tins and discovered I had a tin of GDoY dated 2020...

    Show-Off Your Stanwell Pipes Here!

My wife, daughter and granddaughter went on their weekly garage sale adventure yesterday and brought me this $30 Stanwell Club. Loaded it with Mark Twain about to make it's maiden voyage with a Woodford on the rocks to end a long day.

    Falcon Pipes

I did a search of the site for Falcon reviews and all I could find was what blends folks were smoking out of them. I don't currently own one, but I am interested in one of the bent ones I've been looking at. I was just wanting to get a little feed back from people who have smoked them before I buy,
