Illegal To Ship Tobacco To Maine

Cambridge is plenty of a city to me. Don’t know many folks out of state that aren’t anti-tobacco.

Illegal To Ship Tobacco To Maine

Yeah, it’s bonkers. I know Washington is similar, but I’m not sure about Oregon. Wouldn’t be surprised, though.

Illegal To Ship Tobacco To Maine

I figure I can still save a buck or two per tin, and not have the hassle of hassling someone else. Unfortunately, I’m pretty up there, and I’m allergic to cities. Though I do enjoy Peretti, and might be able to convince myself it’s worth it

Illegal To Ship Tobacco To Maine

I reside in Maine, and the real pain is that it’s illegal to ship tobacco here. I could make nice with a cigarette shop (the only kind of B&M near me) and see if they’d purchase pipe tobacco for me at a steep markup (not to mention pestering them with ordering dozens of different new blends to...

Heading To Florida Next Week: Orlando Recommendations?

If you do go to Ormond Beach, drive down the main road to the water (Granada), take a left on A1A, and then you can park at Grace Lutheran any time other than Sunday service and just walk across the road to the beach. Lots of parking, easiest place I found to enjoy a quiet spot on the beach.

Heading To Florida Next Week: Orlando Recommendations?

Another vote for Kennedy Space Center. Corona Cigar Co. is a good place to pick up a few sticks. It ain’t fine dining, but I really like Jimmy Hulas and Publix sub sandwiches. Edit: if you want a quieter beach day, avoid Cocoa and go to Ormond Beach, just above the drivable part. Been six years...

    Pipe Smoking and Exercise

I am yet to return to a regular pipe habit, but I had a friend in his mid-late 30s who smoked 3-5 bowls a week and regularly ran three miles daily. Last I was in touch with him, he was training for a marathon, and regularly running 12+ miles and didn’t seem to be taking any breaks from the pipe...

    What are You Reading Now?

I mostly read fantasy these days, but I have long bouts of horror/suspense too. Just finished the fourth Wheel of Time book and have since tucked into The Assassin’s Apprentice. Enjoying it quite a bit!

    Prodigal Son

Thankfully HOAs are few and far between out in the sticks. I don’t think I could bear living with one. I’ve already got the Weber, but I do feel guilty flooding my neighbors with smoke so it rarely gets used. It’ll be a lot happier once it can belch its smoke freely into the woods, hopefully a...

    Prodigal Son

I It does look quite a lot like a nuthatch at this size, but it is a black and white warbler that liked hanging around our place last fall. Goofy little birds with a lot of personality.

    Prodigal Son

Hello ladies and germs, I used to frequent this board ages ago, under a username I can’t even remember using a defunct email, but I recognize plenty of your old timers, and I’m happy to be back. I started smoking a pipe on my 18th birthday in 2007, back when Penzance was freely available, and...
