    Another Level Of Snobbery.

Been close.... Back when I was much younger and much dumber (debatable) I was stationed on the USS Ranger, they asked for volunteers to spray fresh paint through all of the Radio spaces, everything was masked all we had to do was spray and we would get a 96 hour liberty pass. Of course I jumped...

    Another Level Of Snobbery.

I’ve had enough coffee in enough places that I now operate on a sliding scale… I love a good cup of fresh pour over dark roast, but sometimes anything even vaguely resembling a cup of coffee is mana from heaven.

    Old school jm boswell

I would agree with MikeDub on this one, it is a straightforward classic burley based codger blend. That being said it is a very good tobacco like everything else from Boswells, I like this blend every now and then with a cup of coffee in the morning and will keep some around.

Getting Out of the Military, Nostalgia

I can confirm that present day Subic bay is not even closely related to the Subic Bay I knew when the Navy Base was still there. I was there at the end when Mt Pinatubo erupted, participated in evacuating service members families and ultimately transporting shiploads of equipment out when the...

March Meerschaum Madness - Let the Madness Begin!

I need to get in touch with Keenan at some point and see if he will do an accurate skull similar to yours, that is an amazing skull. Most of them are too comic bookish for my taste.

March Meerschaum Madness - Let the Madness Begin!

Yep, I have bought two from AKB, this one and another that had no carvers name anywhere on it.

March Meerschaum Madness - Let the Madness Begin!

Thanks! I was hoping somebody would have more details on who actually made this. The detail work on this pipe is amazing.

March Meerschaum Madness - Let the Madness Begin!

That is a beautiful pipe, I may need to keep my eyes open for an oxblood stained...

March Meerschaum Madness - Let the Madness Begin!

It is an AKB and the carver on the pipe is H. Eae. Or at least that is what it looks like to me..

March Meerschaum Madness - Let the Madness Begin!

Is there a 12 step program for meerschaum acquisition disorder? Another recent acquisition showed up today....
