Who Invited Francine For A Visit?

Man I’m happy to hear all is well with our gulf coast members. Noticed you said you live 10mi. South of Lafayette. Man it’s been a while but I used to live pretty close to that area myself. This was back around 1999-2000. I’m one of those damn Yankees from Pennsylvania and have been my whole...

    Opening A Tin? Show Us!

I figure you guys have all seen countryside, Northwoods, and probably Christmas cookie too. So I didn’t take any pics of the bags or jars from those blends but I’ve never seen a YouTube video or any pics posted anywhere of Dans Blend so I took a few pics of it. Here’s the websites description...

Tobacco Haul Cigarworld And Other B&m

That looks like a really nice place. It’s a shame they treated you that way though. It’s definitely bad for business any way you look at it. If I owned a B&M Tobacco shop in this day and age I’d definitely be trying as hard as possible to make friends with all age customers. Anyway, I’m sure...

    Good Evening

Welcome from a fellow new pipe smoker. You definitely landed in the right spot my friend. Lots of good and knowledgeable people here. 💯

Greetings from sunny South Wales (UK)

Welcome to the club my friend. I’m pretty new to all this but one of the blends I’ve been lucky enough to try so far is Erinmore Flake. I still have 2 or 3 flakes left and can say it’s really tasty. I get a raisiny, plumb, and fresh baked bread flavors. I highly reccomend it. You asked...

    Newbie Questions.

I have. I don’t dry anything until it’s all crispy. The majority of the tobacco will still feel just barely noticeably moist. Non aeros will feel less so. But if I let an Aero set long enough under a warm lamp, the longer ribbon cuts will start to have that slightly dry or starting to get crispy...

    Newbie Questions.

Yeah for sure, any time I’m l relighting I try to do it as lightly as possible. But one thing I’d ask is are you drying your tobacco before packing it? I find that no matter what blend or type I’m smoking that if I dry it just enough it will stay lit throughout the entire smoke. Maybe one...

    4 Digit Savinelli

Thanks man. I’m glad you decided against it. I’m always worried now about bidding against someone here lol. I did see the nick but this is only my 3rd briar pipe and I’m still just a super noob at all this. Little imperfections don’t really bother me much. One day I’ll spend good money on a...

    4 Digit Savinelli

Very nice! I had my eye on a few punto oro. But too many bidders pushed the price too high. Maybe I’ll get lucky with one soon. Thanks for showing me yours. It’s gorgeous. 💯👍

    4 Digit Savinelli

I think I did a little better this time around. Logged into eBay and this had less than 2 mins left on the auction timer. Saw it was at $46 so I said what the hell. Someone bid $47 with about 10 seconds left. I was able to snipe it for $48 with 3 seconds left. I probably made someone pretty...
