    Nose "Grease" To Clean Pipe Rim?

    I've done it and it does work but it makes me want to barf talking about it. ? It doesn't need to be from your nose. Any greasy, slimy, disgusting part of your face that has a lot of greasy, slimy, disgusting stuff works but so does cleaning the rim with water and a paper towel after smoking.

    I don't like smoking a full bowl so I pack lightly. If I have to stop I do and relight without any problems. I smoke to the bottom of the bowl if the smoke is pleasant but if I'm not enjoying it, I simply dump it and move on.

    Straight Pipe Smokers

    I like all types of pipe shapes and I'm in awe of some of the craftsmanship out there but I have to admit that I enjoy smoking tobacco more in a straight billiard or bulldog than any other type of pipe. It just balances better in my hand and mouth and smokes more to my liking.

    I'm so glad I don't celebrate holidays. Limited editions have usually disappointed me in some way so I avoid them. There are soooo many wonderful tobaccos out there year round that there really is no reason to go for the "special, one time only, you'll-be-sorry-you-missed-out" blends.
