Hey all! Don't believe this violates the Forum Rules as I'm not doing anything commercially. I've also seen a number of previous posts with Instagram links to some cool pipe makers, so I'm sure my post here should be fine?
Just was curious as to who else is out there on Instagram, just started...
When camping in Northern Michigan during and after high school with my best friend's family, his father would often start his morning by smoking a bowl or two of Prince Albert. That, coupled with a pipe my Grandpa had given me years earlier is what started me down this path.
Lost to time, as many things are. That's great though that you have the memories and remember how to make them. That's also fascinating about the variety of corn, I'd never thought about that going into cob pipe making but it makes total sense.
Man with all the reading I've been doing on GBD, I was thinking the same thing. They really seem to be a company of finely made pipes. I'm probably doing the lick test wrong :LOL:
