    One of the main ones we are smoking now is the 16 oz bag of Kentucky Select. It seemed like I was getting better weight loss results when I was smoking some of the CAO in the tins. Nut they seemed to make me couch alot and cough up black stuff.

    I have started walking, I am eating much, much better and of course, eating way less. I drink a ton of water a day and use a lot of vitamins and supplements. Just thought that maybe one type or brand of tobacco had more nicotine in it than others.
