Yes, Sir it is all over the place ,yet on ferryboats which sail to the neighboring countries this tobacco sells half the original price ´ so next time when I'm there I will have a pouch for you.
am afternoon smoke of good ole Erinmore flakes in a Savinelli Punto Oro Gold 623 ,gotta say this tobacco is delicious when the moisture content is on balance being no too dry nor too ¨fresh
Argh, same is true here, standard Mc Barens and B Riff /Amphoras cost about the same as those tinned tobaccoes from Peterson and Rattrays available only at tobacconists stores(no Online sales are banned though)
I associate so called codger blends with those widely available not overly pricey mixures' which have been offered to smokers very long period of times ,and which more than not come in pouches
Definitely , stems with High grade vulcanite (Dunhills)are pretty easy in maintenance and are much more prone to oxidation than mediocre regular vulcanite stems.the worst what I have come across are older Savinellis with their vulcanite stems,
Apart from the newer lower price range BBB's and Parkers, definitely not comparable to pre cadogan era ones, I don't even know where they are producing them nowdays
Matches & Bic Lighters where on the go, indispensable are cleaners & tampers , also I like using top quality classic leather roll up pouches preferably by Martin Wess.Germany or those made by White Spot A Dunhills
About to start my daily shift behind the wheel but prior to that having my early morning pipe, Amphora Regular Brown in a Dunhill Shell 3109 Short Canadian
