    Should I Buy Aged Tobacco?

I don't know what is meant by "aging is a new trend." It was already a thing going on in force in the 90s, when I became aware of it. I've been into it since then and I'm glad I did. It is, however, a matter of personal taste, as many have already suggested. To the OP, my suggestion is to buy...

Chat GPT's "Ode to a Castello Pipe" - (Written in 5 seconds)

I think this (ChatGPT's ability and what can be done with it) is all as awesome as it is disturbing. I'm looking forward to see how it evolves and what impacts it has on the world.

    Craft your own pipe?

Check out Pimo Pipe Craft. I used them some years ago and they had (almost) everything needed to make pipes.

    Adding 9mm Filter

Have you looked at Savinelli's balsa wood filter pipes? They are nice pipes and can easily be smoked without the filter, if later you decide filters are not your thing.

You Never Forget Your First: Reflections on Three Years of Pipe Smoking

You guys are going to laugh, but I started smoking Mixture 79 in a Ronson pipe. Liked it so much that I never stopped since then. The blend changed and I moved on to others, but I still remember it with fondness. And still have the pipe.

I don't know, but that looks like some gorgeous work.

    Pipe cleaners

Well, I never gave pipe cleaners a second thought and always used BJLongs because that's what I can find on the shelves locally, but I see there's a lot I still have to learn. I'll try some of these other brands next time I place an online order. Thanks for the suggestions, guys.

Know Anyone Who's Quit Pipe Smoking?

All my personal friends that smoked pipes have quit. I think it was because of life-style decisions: because smoking a pipe takes commitment and because smoking indoors became more unacceptable once they started raising their families.

    How Many Different Tobaccos Stored?

I have 126 different blends cellared. Started in the late 90s and know exactly what I have because I keep them logged in a spreadsheet. They're all tins, because my preference was always tins over bulks. A quick thought about it all: I started slowly, concentrating on those blends that I liked...

    The Dedicated Pipe Dilemma

This reflects my experience exactly. And also my opinion.

    Information Needed on "The Pipe"

I smoked one for a little while. Unfortunately, it never worked for me: it always tasted like if I was smoking an ashtray. It was a red billiard and I loved the way it looked, but ended up giving it to a friend that collected pipes made of different materials. Tried to develop a cake in it but...

I was an 18 year-old college freshman. Still going strong at 60.

    Laudisi Company Expansion

It's good to see that there's still room for expansion in the business. I've been a customer of SP since day one. I'm happy for them and I think their success is well deserved.

    Cats & Pipes

Delighted to see all these pictures of pipe smokers with their owners. Mine passed away a few years ago. It was a 21-year old Persian. I still miss him. RIP, Tigger.

    Greetings From Colorado

Hello to all. My name is Francisco and I would like to say hello to all in this wonderful community. I've been a lurker on and off, and now that I have a little more free time in my hands, decided to finally join the conversation. I've been a pipe smoker since 1980 (my first year in college)...
