    From what I've seen, I think they're around $100. As far as I know, he doesn't do commissions, just sells what he shows being made on his Instagram to whoever gets in touch first.

    Greetings from the UK! And as far as nicotine tolerance goes I think you'll build tolerance the more you smoke, though with pipe tobaccos I imagine to what level would depend on the nicotine content of the blends you smoke..
