Tobacco in Tin Turning to Dust
I bought some McClelland Chocolate Silk in a tin a few months back and only smoke it occasionally. Each time I open the tin it looks as if the tobacco is turning to small small chips instead of staying full ribbon. I don't understand why. I don't use a filter so it becomes very easy to suck up...- triprolo

What is the Most Unusual Thing You've Used as a Tamper?

Fishing Pipe - Bait a concern?
I fish a lot and I would highly recommend going with a cob. Inexpensive and just a great pipe to smoke with. I usually have a couple with me in case something happens to one, like dropping it in the water. Yup it happens!- triprolo

Being a noob not too long ago myself, I think the 3 step method is best for newbies. The first drop a pinch in and tamp with finger with the pressure of a baby.
