    Scotch

Personal favorite is 12-year Dalmore, and I like Highland malts the best. This chart might help - Balvenie Double Wood is on the lower right, don't know how it compares to your Balvenie. (Turned 21 so I can drink! Sure, Uber ;)

    Overwhelmed by the generosity

forest, the generosity of pipers is completely insane. About a year ago a guy was quitting smoking and gave me this. In this pic, my brother-in-law had already taken about a third of the tobacco and seven pipes, and there's more that wouldn't fit into the shot, and another full box in the other...

    Guitar Gear Opinion

Your heart wants the P90. The End. Best pickup ever. It's the best pickup ever because you have to buck the hum, that is, it makes more sounds that aren't tone than any other pickup. Clicks, buzzes, chicks, clucks, all kinds of sound. Yes, it's harder to play, but it makes more sounds. That's...

    Big shout out to rsuninv

Good job, rsun. Pipes attract generous folks. I don't know why that is.

    I Just Got a Valentine's Day Card.

You guys. It feels a little creepy that I don't know who sent it, but they know who and where I am. I can't tell if a man or woman sent it, the address is deliberately tortured to hide their identity. How many people know my address? There are a few on here, but if sandoval or sparrowhawk sent...

    I Just Got a Valentine's Day Card.

Someone sent me a Valentine's Day card. It's unsigned, but the envelope is hand-written. My name is correct and the address is C/O and my street address. My sister owns this house, so they seem to know that. I don't know any single women. It's a little creepy. Anyway, didn't have anyone else to...

Stupid shipping Mistake - Sorry Forest7

Duct tape is the greatest invention ever. Just ask the Apollo 13 astronauts. With a bouquet of flowers and a roll of duct tape, I can fix ANYTHING.

    No longer banished

I second the Cube Silver; one of my all-time favorite tobaccos. Creamy, reminds me a bit of Shortcut to Mushrooms.

    Old people and Computers

Hey, don't knock that. When my school got it's first TRS-80s, I spent about a week coding in binary. You can work for about twenty minutes, then you can't tell the difference between 1011 0110 and 1010 0101. Drew an A on the screen. A capital A. Right in the middle of the screen. And it was awesome.

    She Who Must Be Obeyed

Yep, Honey Ryder in Dr. No, the first Bond film from 1962. Cool T-shirt, sparrow!

    Opinions on Forseti Freehand Pipes?

Gotta admit I love the lines on that Forseti, and the craggy plateau is my favorite part.

Of Herbs and Stewed Rabbit (pics)

Of course I'm going to click on a thread titled Of Herbs and Stewed Rabbit! Only hunted one rabbit, with an NEF Pardner single shot 20ga, but we fed him to the foxes for supper, salt and herb free, I'm afraid. Good on you for the choice of tobacco, that stuff tastes like you're smoking cream...
