Respectfully disagree, Chicago is much more PC and sharply political than in the past, there was more of a live and let live attitude then. Lived there for a few years in the 80's and worked downtown and it's not the same anymore.- Raylan

Grew up in Odell Illinois, just north of Pontiac on Route 66, the old original 66 ran through town. Live in Woodford county now out in the country East of Peoria and North of Bloominton. Work is an 80 mile round trip to various locations in Livingston County, mostly Pontiac.- Raylan

May have to check out Jon's Pipe Shop in Champaign - live in central IL and work in Livingston county. I won't venture into Chicago anymore. Loved it when I was young but it's turned to crap now. USPS service depends on the route it takes - if it goes to the LA hub or the New Jersey Hub you are hosed. Ordered replacement/extra batteries from England for my new cell phone and got them in 3 days. Well I hope it's not discontinued I just ordered a 14oz tin/tub yesterday. Feels Good, Just Got My Pipes and Tobacco Organized.
The lower left has a hinged door with glass dividers that were used to hold flat stacked packs of cigarettes, the glass is original and one of the eleven glass dividers was lost or broken, (I've debated replacing it). The door fits flush but swings open to reveal a closed tin lined storage...- Raylan

Just getting started and getting things set up, it's easier when you live alone - (though only one of my three ex's lives in Texas).
