Enjoyed a little low calorie snacking, and am smoking year 2014 Esoterica Tilbury in a straight smooth Danish gold straight grain undated W.O. Larsen Hand Made in Denmark dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. Tomato the Brave was sound asleep in the cat house, and the drowsy li'l fella took his time coming in when I called for him to come in. He's eating now. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin' on her blanket. Dunno where Harry the Hairy is.

I was amazed that the tobacco wasn't black. In last year's tin the tobacco was as black as my hair used to be.

Enjoyed a tasty Snap Dragon apple, and am not far from finishing this bowl of year 2015 John Aylesbury Sir John’s Flake Virginia in a straight smooth light brown 2020 Ryan Alden Ace of Spades squat bulldog with a spalted pecan top and ferrule that’s attached to the tapered black acrylic stem. After a bit of play time and food, Tomato the Brave went out. Harry the Hairy came in to eat, and is snoozin' near me on the floor.

Now smoking year 2013 Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a straight smooth dark brown 1950s Comoy’s Deluxe apple military mount with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. I may end the day with this smoke. I was chatting sweetly with Harry the Hairy, and he put his belly in the air to show appreciation and affection. He occasionally gets a little nervous when we come up to him which is how I know there's still a little feral in him. But, even if that doesn't change, he's come a long, long way this past year in trusting and caring for us. Nobody paid that fella any attention until we did so it took a long time and being neutered to effect the change we see in him now. He has a good spirit.

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2016 D&R Two Timer Gold in a 1982 smooth straight Sasieni Ivory 105 Apple with a black vulcanite saddle stem. This was my first Sasieni. Bought it at my local Tinderbox for $9.95. All the cats were hungry so I had to take the time to watch them. With any luck, I'll finish the day with this smoke and get some sleep.
