I've been working on this nearly every day for the last week. We are being bombarded by bots.
Traffic has gone from 80k a month to 800k - the increase seems to all be bots and they are overwhelming the server.
I've installed all kinds of things and changed server settings, but it only holds them off for so long.
I'm still trying.

Thanks, but we're way beyond that.Would the addition of a robots.txt file help (if not already employed)?

It's not personal, if that's what you mean. Malicious, yes.Thank you, Kevin. Much appreciated.
Any ideas who's behind the bots? Is it a targeted, malicious attack?
Thanks, but we're way beyond that.
