i look every day, had a couple with grain to my liking in my cart. wasn't at all surprised to see them go to a more decisive owner. There’s still 250+ available at SPcom

These showed up today!
I definitely wish they made more dark smooths!Man they killed it with the dark smooths. I wish they’d just use this in lieu of the heritage finish.
Awesome set, congrats!

I understand & agree, but I remind myself the Heritage is exactly that recalling a time when a man had a few everyday pipes and maybe one FANCY briar finish. The Heritage I have found is great for an outdoor smooth workhorse.Do like the dark smooth finish more than the heritage.
I'm such a sucker - with SP EU still holding my Rua hostage and some concern over whether it will ever be provided, I was perusing SP last night and decided I'd add a dark smooth - the number just happened to be my birthday month and year, lol, either fate or a really, really weak excuse for ordering another 160th.I understand & agree, but I remind myself the Heritage is exactly that recalling a time when a man had a few everyday pipes and maybe one FANCY briar finish. Forgive the ol' history teacher in me stepping outta retirement. I found myself thinking on this a couple of years back on that topic AND lamenting how I needed more DS.The Heritage is wonderful, BUT .... I DO LOVE those lovely Dark Smooths I own. SUCH a great Look

Heh funny story. I had a package coming from FL to NC but it spent a week in Olathe!Good news is my PPN is arriving today and my other 160ths escaped the USPS hell of Olathe, Kansas and are moving again.
I was on the fence, then yesterday decided it’s a cool enough release at an affordable enough price that if they had my month/day or month/year number I’d go ahead and grab it (if I liked it).I'm such a sucker - with SP EU still holding my Rua hostage and some concern over whether it will ever be provided, I was perusing SP last night and decided I'd add a dark smooth - the number just happened to be my birthday month and year, lol, either fate or a really, really weak excuse for ordering another 160th.

I see what you mean. Here is a PPN 2025 POY number 87 of 105. I just broke it in with some Carolina Red Flake with Perique and about to pack it up for another round. Overall, it’s a nice little pipe and I love the cobble finish. I’m really disappointed in the overworked P-lip, but I’m giving it a chance. The upper lip just barely catches my tooth.

That’s wild
Yes, I REALLY enjoy that shape a lot. Many thanks to K&P / Laudisi. Year 160 was a GREAT one for pipes. To all of you in Dublin, I wish you many more years of success!

This is the way.My PPN pipe(s) arrived Friday. I like them plenty. Smoking one right now. First bowl was a bit of the free Wintertime Reserve Professor that was sent with it.Currently enjoying some Mac Baren Scottish Mixture from '23. It is a very NICE smoker.
Earlier in the year I had picked up a CP 8s Barley. I got to thinking yesterdayAND I have swapped out the stems for a different look with the B stem & Deluxe. It fits perfectly.
My very first Peterson System pipe was a 313 Rusticated (the old pineapple style).
So I now have a 7 day set of the 313/8 shape.Yes, I REALLY enjoy that shape a lot. Many thanks to K&P / Laudisi. Year 160 was a GREAT one for pipes. To all of you in Dublin, I wish you many more years of success!

Congrats to whoever won it - It was a killer pipe, but went way higher than I expected too. After being terribly outbid on a briar circle Deluxe System today – does anyone here have one they would like to let go of?
What did it go for?Congrats to whoever won it - It was a killer pipe, but went way higher than I expected too.
Around $735 not including tax/shipping.What did it go for?
