Oh no, what will you do to get past the taste? Treat it somehow?I couldn't finish the bowl in the BBB pipe. That Murphy soap really killed it for me. So now I'm enjoying a bowl of St. Bruno in my Chacom billiard with a saddle stem.

Thank you, sir!Sweet looking pipe!

Watering my grass & clover sprouts (a sure sign I’m getting old) while smoking PS 52 in a Stanwell bent billiard, followed by Westminster in a cob. Cobs ain’t much to look at, but they smoke better than many $100 briars, and I’m not scared to drop or burn it. View attachment 439265

Davidoff Scottish Mixture in a Çelebi meerschaum which arrived today. Drinking Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc, which is in a class by itself amongst NA wines.
First time smoking a meer. Different, and enjoyable, experience!
I would have preferred the stem to be as curved as the one in the selling image... it's difficult to prevent the smoke from going up my nose, with this angle.
The beak makes for a comfortable holding position, though.
A small pipe - good for a "dessert bowl" at the end of the evening.
