@Dshift
Lovely pipe !
And do the Britwood collection grows 😁
Enjoy puffy
Don't ask... I have culled half of my collection to make room and free budget for some Britwood and I am still struggling not to go broke.... The newest acquisition is crazy straight grain Astley, made by Charatan's, hopefully i will be able to show it off next week when it arrives

Tell me !

I fell down the Britwood rabbit hole some years ago thinking I’ll just collect the “classic” brands - Barling, Charatan, Sasieni, Comoy, BBB, GBD, Dunhill
Little did I know how many Britwood brands exist

One thing about this “hobby” - you keep learning something new every day.
Keeps it interesting

Another beauty! What's that funky looking stamp to the left of all the other nomenclature?
That's the Huber München Stamp - a lot of you guys in the Us dislike when there is a tobacconist stamp on a pipe, but let me tell you that if you see a Diehl München or Huber München Stamp on a pipe, you are getting a better the best of the best from that line/grade 9/10 times. Especially if we are talking about Huber and Peterson - i have seen so many examples of pipes from lower grades with high grade quality. For Huber most of the times the pipes were personally chosen by a representative or someone in the factory and most factories had their stamps in house.

I will be the first to admit that I have a PAD problem, but the temptation to keep such beauties is just too strong.... I think a second wave of collection culling is in order soon...
I love how genius the stamps positioning is on this gorgeous Lane era Executive Free hand 😂
