I enjoy LJP’s No. 8 Slices and London Flake, so as I begin drifting towards winter Burleys, I decided to try five 2 oz. burley samples. The winner will see a 1 lb order.
“Cuban Mixture”- one I’ve tried before and really liked. LJP calls it their oldest blend, made with 7 components.
“No. 52“-Burley, Red Virginia and an Israeli aromatic tobacco used in cigarettes, Dubek.
“333“- Described as “heavy, but cool.” I have a few friends I would describe the same way. And I must add that LJP also has an old school “cool” vibe.
“W“- sweet, nutty with a touch of spice.
“No Name”- humbly described by this great tobacconist as “the world’s finest aromatic“ pipe tobacco. We shall see.
Anyone have a favorite of these 5?
