Ive got two of the original racks, one filled with the first year releases of each pipe in matching finishes and the other one with variois finishes.View attachment 416777 This rack will have a hodge podge of finishes as ive got a Rathbone in rusticated, a Barley Milverton and a Hansom in terracotta already. Maybe one day I'll fill it with matching pipes.
Very nice. Am a big fan of the SH line as I love the bowl designs, Have 10 of them which is around 1/3 of my Petes.

This thread has me thinking about adding another Peterson...

Question for you all- some modern Petes (P-lip) have very defined buttons. High shelf, plenty to hook behind the tooth, not describing this very well but I'm sure you'll understand

Others seem like the P-lip area has been sort of buffed into submission. This to the point that I wonder about clench-ability

What are your thoughts and preferences on this?

Am not a clencher. So, button design is irrelevant to me.

I have found the new stems / buttons to be quite favorable. I'm only ordering bents these days, clench regularly, and they're really good. System standard, system spigot, short army, etc.
