I’m embarrassed to admit it but I stumble over pronouncing ‘Herb’ when it should be ‘erb’ and vice versa. I know the difference between the words’ meanings and spellings but for some reason I confuse their pronunciation.

I can't consistently calculate ages from birthdates that aren't my same birth year in my head.

I do consistently confound spell check with my attempted spellings of fairly common words.

I can put down a straight line of caulking, now that I use frog tape every time I need to do some caulking.

I keep my dental floss in the shower, because then I actually floss my teeth, as an excuse for another minute in the shower...but...I cannot EVER remember to take my abandoned length from where I have thrown it over the shower curtain rail, and put it in the rubbish/trash. It drives my wife insane, but we are fairly balanced in that life long spousal insanity way.

The weirdest thing is that they do have words for numbers like 90 in French, because those words are used in other French-speaking countries (like Switzerland). Interesting that they retained it in France even in spite of that.

Which is very strange because music imo is one of the most important and meaningful things in life.

that's just English. It's got a large family and follows a bit of this custom and another bit of that one.
