Well, I buckled and stepped off my “just smoking cobs” thing and purchased a Peterson for my upcoming 50th birthday. Been thinking on this for a while and didn’t want to spend a ton, but also wanted something that would be there for years to come. I always liked the military mount & the P-lip is a bonus. I’ll also be grabbing a Meerschaum in the future once I see something that sings to me. Take a look and let me know your thoughts. ️

No…I’ve had many a briar before. A year or so ago, I dropped out of pipe smoking and sold off or got rid of all my pipes except an unvarnished Savinelli. However, I really don’t enjoy smoking the Savinelli any longer. I’ve always been partial to MMs as they are economically good-to-great smokers imho. Recently, came back this last 6 months and realized a quality briar is something I should have. Thanks my man. ️
