SWR in an old Hardcastle Drawel bulldog that was unsmoked when I got it. It's an interesting pipe because you almost have to use the stinger as the draft hole is massive and pulls anything but a flake through.
Since you are smoking Dark Birds Eye, maybe you can vote for it in the best blends thread

Keep the Kendal in the bag and sprinkle a little water on it and leave it for a week or two, when you next smoke it you might have to let it dry for a while but if I remember correctly it was pretty dry.@Birddog66 Going to save the 1792 Flake for the Sealed Knot Battle of Nantwich this month:

More Krampus in a Kaywoodie Connoisseur Dublin. I keep adding more The Beast (70 or 80% rum soaked Perique) every time I mix this blend. I think I’ve found the right proportions with 3 parts ‘23 Cringle and 1 part Beast but this bowl is almost 50/50, pretty damn strong too, The Beast is stronger than Rustica, by a fair margin I think.
