I have blends like that. Wonderful flavor that I'm bound and determined to get to. But I just cannot keep it lit for the life of me. Are the relights a problem for you? Sometimes in my world I'll just keep relighting the tobacco, sometimes it's just easier that way.
As AJ said, if you dry it more than you think and rub it out really well, almost any tobacco will stay lit if it's packed properly with minimal relights.

Rub it out first, then dry it.

And load the tobacco, don't "pack" it!
This! Sounds like problem solved. I had the same issue with some well aged Sixpence. Although different components, the above after resorting to forum perusing was the same solution for me.
