you know that there are so many factors that can affect the aging of each tin.. but I can say that this one has aged well, in the sense that it's complexity reveals itself, depending on what I've eaten or what I drink with it..
can't really pinpoint the topping, im not that "expert"

It was the last to sell out and SPC put them on sale for $6/tin. I went a little shopping nuts. If you come across the Murray's version, it's amazing.
