It’s a nice sentiment, but someone told me (hundreds of people actually) that Mariah’s bottom has the consistency of 24 grit sandpaper. In fact before frazing machines were invented it was used to shape stummels in St Claude for the better part of a century.

That’s cool to see, but, sad. In this instance, the change in architecture seems very likely. One of my favourite sections in the Coloroto section of the NY Daily News was called “New York’s Changing Scene”—it showed before and after photographs of a specific building, often separated by many decades of time, usually with a matching camera angle from the same vantage point.
Now it looks like the kind of address where you'd buy another kind of smoking mixture...

More practically, I reasoned that I did not know the age of the product and there was a high probability that some or all of the bottles would be dried out and no good by next year.

Amen! USPS constipation issues… surrrre. On the bright side, my therapist said I’m making progress. We’re working on a plan for me to create better boundaries.
