For the next two weeks, nothing.
Yesterday I managed to black out while doing squats and smashed my face into the floor, now I have a minor concussion and that's not something to play around with.
Sigh.
The worst part is my super fancy new pipe arrives tomorrow, what timing.

I'm very sorry to hear your unfortunate news. I know about concussions from my ball playing days, and how they can affect you. But, at least it's minor. You'll recover in good shape and out smoke us before you know it!
