OSOBUCO, my wife made your your mom's meatball recipe. Her only addition was some salt, which wasn't listed. They were excellent. We each had a big bowlful, and I finished them up as a lunch. Thank you for that, and our compliments to your mom.

Has anyone else noticed that the whole pork section of the grocery store is now just tenderloin cut into various shapes? I have to drive to the Latino Grocers to get great cuts of pork steaks.

They got these little pork steaks at the HEB grocery stores here in Texas called Pork Ribeye Steaks. They're fatty, tender, yummy, and relatively cheap. I eat them on a weekly basis.
