They got these little pork steaks at the HEB grocery stores here in Texas called Pork Ribeye Steaks. They're fatty, tender, yummy, and relatively cheap. I eat them on a weekly basis.Has anyone else noticed that the whole pork section of the grocery store is now just tenderloin cut into various shapes?
