It looks like a few knives are serrated.

Is there any advantage to a serrated blade with cutting plugs?

For example, I prefer a serrated blade with bread and tomatoes but a regular blade for cheese. The right tool for the job in my opinion.

i find that the utility knife works well and is great for cubing flakes on a cutting board. If the blade gets dull, you can flip it around and eventually swap it out for a new one. I do like the Case.
