Funny Store Names

I remember awhile back there was a thread if you own a smoke shop what would you call it. I was traveling in Missouri today and saw a couple store names that made me laugh. The first was Uranus Fudge Factory and the other was Half Crocked antiques. So is this a Missouri thing or is there more

Many moons ago, when I lived in Suffolk (UK) I recall driving through a village where I saw a sign that said "De'Ath: Funeral Directors"!

Tried to find them on the web just now but sadly no luck

I've been to a Kum & Go. Also, I recently saw a woman wearing a Kum & Go t-shirt.

Drank at a bar called "Dirty Dicks". Grew up in a small town in Alabama where there was a gas station/produce market. The store was called "Yonders Blossum".

Missouri has a little burg that goes by the name of Tightwad. You can guess the name of the bank.

I found Missouri humor more dry and wry than the names of those stores, but maybe they have that rowdy side too. In North Carolina, I have always loved the name of one of the oldest seafood restaurants in Morehead City, which was named un-ironicly when such things mattered: The Sanitary Fish Market. Oh, thank goodness. But they serve great Bogue Sound clam chowder, soft shell crabs, and Spanish mackerel when they're running. Great place.

Growing up we had a Chinese take-away down the road called Wan King. The council got annoyed and made them change it so they did Wang Kin … they gave up after that

I too remember a de'ath funeral directors but cant place where in Suffolk it was,Ipswich or Hadleigh I think

Brought a bunch of Australians home after Fire Fighting school in Conroe Texas, they laughed their ass off at our Piggly Wiggly store and thought our paper towels were giaantic toliet paper, they loved our big picking up trucks.
