10 years, but with a 17 year gap in-between year 4 and year 5.

I started at 55 years old LOL
15+ years. Was my transition tool off of cigs.
Over ten years ago, after 35 years of smoking cigarettes, I made the switch to a pipe and haven't had one nasty ciggie ever since.
Started when I was 17. Junior year of high school.
I was just 10 years old back then!
Just a little over a year for me on pipes, 16 years on cigars.
Since 1966 or, I started roughly $100,000.00 USD ago. That figure includes cigarettes and Red Man.
Started in 2017. Stopped after 5 months. Started again in 2019.Total tenure would be about 2 years
A little over 3 years. First pipe was a GBD Celebrity Bulldog I still love to smoke. And a tin of Davidoff Scottish Mixture that is still in a jar not finished...let’s just say I easily got side tracked and found some other more enjoyable tobacco I like to smoke!
Good question, I personally like to know how long people in the forum have been smoking a pipe.
I started smoking a pipe in the summer of 2009 so I’ve been smoking just over 11 years. I got bit with the bug in early 2010 and I’ve been crazy about it since! I also started cellaring in 2010 and have spent way more money on pipes and tobacco (mostly tobacco) than I care to admit, but it’s been worth it, every single penny spent.
