A winter Smoke
I hope all of my fellow members are enjoying the winter months and smoking a pipe and your favorite blends . I smoke plum pudding ! What is your favorite blend to smoke in the winter?

I'll smoke just about anything during the winter, but I gravitate to heavier blends.

Sutliff Christmas Spice is a nice winters blend.

Any one of an assortment of English/Balkan blends. Sutliff's Balkan Sobranie Orig. Mix Match heads the list right now, but that could change to a different one at the drop of a hat.

I smoke the same three blends year-round: Six Pence and Stonehenge by G.L. Pease and Mad Fiddler by Cornell and Diehl.

No seasonal preferences, just whatever I'm in the mood to smoke or whichever jar/tin is closest.

I usually gravitate towards heavier latakia blends like Quiet Nights, Gas Light, and Pirate Kake, but I'll also mix in some Sleepy Hollow, Christmas Spice and Figgy Pudding.

I smoke more English blends in cooler months. So far its been Peterson MM965 and EMP, Sutliff match 759, C&D Palmetto Balkan and GLP Charring Cross. There is also my usual mix of VaPers and whatever else catches my interest. Been more aromatics than normal, left over from my aromatic tasting this past summer.

Yes, once it got cold I started pounding Autumn Evening, Winchester, Creme Brûlée, 1Q, and American Delite. They seem to hit nicer in the cool temps.

I tend to smoke more Dark Fired, English, and Aromatic blends in the winter, and more Virginias,vapers, vaburs, and cigars in summer.

Ten Russians is a good cold weather smoke, IMO, and I've also been enjoying english/aro crossover type blends lately.

Presbyterian, but I smoke them all no matter what season. Even in the Frozen Tundra!

I enjoy different blends all year no matter what the season, however you do smoke special blends like Figgy pudding around Christmas and cooler months

I don't have a specific blend I like to smoke during the winter, Plum Pudding is a favorite of mine all the time. One that comes to mind is Samuel Gawith - Winter Time Flake.
