Hi Jay, I like wild board and mostly prepared it stewed in wine. Doesn't taste like pork to me though, it's more beefy, meaty, and not particularly porky!

Yep we keep our freezers full of it. Smoked 2 whole juveniles (40 lbs ea) for our Memeorial day get together. I assure you, their presentation was much less appealing lol. Great pic!
