What's Your Weather Like?

In Fort Worth and in true Texas winter fashion it is currently 70 degrees with strong winds from the south. But don't let that fool you. I haven't looked at the forecast today, but I know it can be 70 degrees now, but 20 by tomorrow lol.

Good grief, Teddy, where are you? Here in Connecticut it's supposed to nuzzle around zero, 5 inches of white stuff so far, with more of the same promised for tomorrow.
Drove home last night in a white out, 10 degrees, wind at 30 mph, with an additional 5 inches of snow.
In a word, my weather blows.

here in CA, real problems are brewing ... the weather is far too un-winter like ... there was more snow around the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia tonight than there was at 6,000 feet altitude in the mountains around Lake Tahoe.
With no snow pack, water shortages will rage this year and there will be massive crop problems in a part of the country that produces a VERY high percentage of the US food supply ...
Here in the SF Bay Area, overnight lows are in the 30s, but daytime highs are setting January records in the 70s and the vegetation on the hillsides is tinder dry ... fires are all but inevitable which means that once the rains DO start, it's not going to take all that much to produce mudslides and the needed water will run off rather than be absorbed into the ground ...

Ravkesef - I'm in CT too, the southern part close to the shore. We have about 7-8 inches of snow so far. Looks like we will have maybe 10 before it stops in my area at least, although it has slowed down a lot. It's nice fluffy snow, so it's not terrible to shovel or plow.

19 degrees down here in my area of Tidewater VA. Looks like we've had about 3" of snow but have also gotten some nice snow drifts thanks to the wind. 3" probably isn't much for folks up North but down here it might as well be two foot as the locals don't know how to drive in the snow and everything is shutdown this morning.

In Brooklyn, N.Y. 12 degrees feels like -3. Not good smoking or golf weather. Oh yeah, plus ad the 10" of snow we were lucky to get last night.
