Pink Floyd - Animal Instincts (bootleg of Oakland Coliseum show from 77).
A classic! My vinyl PF boot collection is sorely lacking, but I have a bunch on cassette and digital.
Tangerine Dream, slowly working my way through the Virgin years box set.
Now there's a man after my own heart! I've been a fan since the early '80s, when I was in high school, and have collected them ever since. I recently picked up Froese's Ages, and got a little freaked out when I saw the label misprint. I later found out that's how they were. Have you heard the soundtrack to "Stranger Things?" Very '80s-TD-ish, and the show actually used "Exit" in one episode.
On my turntable at the moment:

Ray LaMontagne Supernova.

@twosheds1 my collection is all digital. I took advantage of the Pink Floyd roio database several years ago when the boots were all available for download. I really miss that site. Also it's always good to meet a fellow PF fan. (And Tull fan apparently).

I'm a serious NIN fan and I've been listening to Trent Reznor with Peter Murphy. Great stuff!! I like the Cash version of Hurt, but prefer Reznors version. Murphy does a pretty strong version himself. It's such a great song and it nags at me that so many think it's a Cash song.

I take every opportunity I can to say that Pretty Hate Machine is the greatest album ever.

So what what does it matter now

I was swimming in the hate now I crawl on the ground

And everything I never liked about you

Is kind of seeping into me

I try to laugh about it now but isn't it funny how everything works out

I guess the jokes on me, she said
I used to be so big and strong

I used to know my right from wrong

I used to never be afraid

I used to be somebody

I used to have something inside

Now just this hole it's open wide

Used to want it all

I used to be somebody

I'll cross my heart and hope to die

But the needle's already in my eye

And all the world's weight is on my back and I don't even know why.

And what I used to think was me is just a fading memory

I looked him right in the eye and said goodbye

Good call Dino, Chris thile Edgar Meyer and Yo yo are really awesome together. As a mandolin player, I took lessons from Chris at Rockygrass academy. He was pretty intimidating to say the least.

I'm surprised at all the NIN, I am glad Trent Reznor is doing movie scores now, he is genius.. I need to give them a shot again, I like the older albums a lot, saw them about 10 times in the 90's..

I listen to everything..

Probably no surprise, but, I listened to Agent Orange around the same as Ramones, Dead Kennedys and Suburban Lawns in early 80's. The good old days.

I was listening to a set of Rebetika (kinda like Greek Blues), and I thought I'd share an incredible tune from the set. "Minore Tou Teke" (a song to a hash den -teke- in a minor key)which was the first important solo bouzouki performance on record. It was recorded in New York (!) not in Greece, by Ioannis Halkias (who was listed on the label as Jack Gregory), in 1932. In the early days, Rebetika were closely associated with hashish dens, coffee houses, tavernas and other urban dives. There is a comprehensive (and fairly accurate) article on Wikipedia (type in Rebetiko if you're interested).

Here's the music, Halkias/Gregory on bouzouki, Mikelides on guitar:
