What Is This That Just Sold On Ebay?

I was watching this pipe that I assumed had a misspelled listing, but I couldn’t figure out what it was. It was at twenty something then jumped to $130 in the last 5 seconds, anyone?

Looks like an remarkable "Bing Style" pipe. English pipe shops used to be a dime a dozen and they often pipes made for them or customized for their clients.
Just a 7 inch pipe IMHO.

Am I supposed to know what an English M.P.S. pipe is? Looks disproportionately long and thin. At that price, there are many I'd prefer.
