Got my boys for the next few days so I won't be quite as active on the forum, but I'll be happily working my way through a bunch of samples that my good buddy @BROBS hooked me up with, starting with K&K #88 Va Flake (Meistermischung) in my Crowned Sovereign Saddle-Dublin. Thanks B!

Part way through this bowl of year 2001 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1980s White Pipe straight lattice apple meerschaum with an acrylic yellow cream colored saddle stem. Have enough for one more bowl. Windy and misty today.

Now smoking year 2002 MacBaren Navy Flake in a 2004 Stanwell EM 2004 black sandblasted straight billiard in a gold accent ring on the shank and gold “s” on the black tapered acrylic stem.
Enjoying a little sun. The top of the bowl is very dry HU Take Five and the bottom is dried out HH Rústica from yesterday (waste not). The pipe is a French Garrick. Don't know much about the pipe. It's one of the big clumsy ones I reach for with the big bowls--having a late first smoke of the day and feeling a bit grouchy for it.
A Home Mix in a Rattray's Nimbus Calabash pipe.
Iwan Ries Momento with Warped's Red Hunt. Tin note is a little like Erinmore, texture the same. Definite oriental & perique. Opk blend, not bad, but I don't think it'll become a favorite like Frigate or Chimney Smoke. A bit wet, definitely needs drying before the next smoke.

Gawith Hoggarth Dark Flake scented in a Briar Works prince. This blend has been such a go to lately for me....it just scratches that itch like no other can right now! I have almost depleted my jar, and will have to decide whether or not to break into my stash. I only have 2 other half pint jars of this unfortunately....can’t wait for a GH shipment to hit the US eventually so that I can grab a 500 gram bag!

PC Hearth and Home, Chestnut, a match to the discontinued Walnut, an effective blend of six or so tobaccos, in a smooth Rossi Palermo Yacht 8404, a deep red stain
A quarter of the way through this bowl of D&R Raccoon’s Delight in a smooth 1976 Canadian GBD Seventy Six 256 with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Community Coffee is brewing on this chilly, windy, rainy day. So much for doing any more walking today.
