Enjoyed a tasty lunch, did a second set of walking reps, and am close to finishing this bowl of Seattle Pipe Club Deception Pass Plug in a smooth straight brown late 1930s Linkman’s Dr. Grabow Deluxe Bruyere 9703B pot with a nickel accent and a black tapered vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I can't be the only one wondering about this—the words give me a sense of what "walking reps" are, but, what exactly are they? How long does one do them? Is it done in a confined space?
I do my walking outside. I live on a hill that has about an eighty, ninty degree angle, and I do brisk laps up and down the hill until I get tired or I finish a bowl of tobacco, whichever comes first. I have a minimum that I do, and if I can manage more, I'll do that.
